July—September

Men’s Breakfast—July 11th 8:00 AM

 

Outing - Golf Anyone? - July 11th
Following the Men’s Breakfast we will have a great golf getaway for any of the men that would like to go. Cost and location will be announced at a later date.

 

Event -  Chili Cook-Off - September 12th
Saturday September 12th during our Missions conference Weekend, the men will have a Chili Cook-off at 5:00 PM that Saturday. Ribbons for 1st 2nd and 3rd. Missionaries will do a blind judging of Chili Samples. (Please do not hurt our Missionaries!)

 

Bible Study - 6 Studies - July 1 - September 30
During the summer months we will continue looking at the standards of God and then move into taking a look at “Being a Successful Man”

1. & 2.    Should I be making Vows? Rewards and Repercussions-July
3. & 4.    The Stages of a believer life.-Aug.

BEING A SUCCESSFUL MAN
   What the Bible says about Success.
5. & 6.    Being a Man of Confidence.-Sept.

 

 

October - December

Men’s Breakfast—October 10th 8:00 AM

 

Outing - MEN’S RETREAT - October 2nd and 3rd
Last year Pastor and Skip went to Camp CoBeAc for one of the best Men’s retreat they have ever attended. We will be going again this year. The cost is relatively low and the Spiritual blessings are outstanding. You should plan on this one for sure.

Event - HOBO SPECTACULAR—October 11th 5:00 PM
(Hobo Spectacular on a Saturday evening. Keeping the tradition of funny attire and the Stew, adding a few outdoor games and activities that might attract the younger folks as well as Visitors. The Sunday School is going to help with games.)

 

Bible Study - 6 Studies - October 7 - December 30
We will close out the year During the summer months continuing our look at
“Being a Successful Man”
    What the Bible says about Success.
1.              Making Respectful Godly Appeals. Oct.
2. & 3.       Being a Man Of Accuracy. - Oct. Nov.
4.              A Decisive Men -Nov.
5. & 6.       A Man of Wisdom. - Dec.

 

DECEMBER 10th - Men's Meal Night
We just get together and eat and watch some old blooper real videos and fellowship while the women have their annual Christmas party. Around 8:30 we go and raid their party.
